Heidi Holton is a Nashville-based Americana provocateur who shines a soft light on the glitter and grit that collects in the farthest corners of the human experience. With a road-worn Gibson guitar and a voice dripping with the heat of the Mississippi Delta, Holton conjures a sonic landscape that flickers between the hauntingly beautiful and the brutally honest. Her music is a masterclass in raw emotion, technical prowess, and Southern Gothic cool. Heidi has performed throughout the United States, Canada, England, Scotland, and Italy, often playing 150–200 dates a year. Her work has earned the support of blues legend Jorma Kaukonen, who said, “With artists like Heidi, the future is safe,” and acclaimed country-blues artist Rory Block, who produced her album Why Mama Cries.
